The following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) shall apply to the REGIS Carnival (the “Promotion”) hosted by Regis Commerce Sdn Bhd (the “Organiser”).

1. This giveaway is open to all Malaysians for purchases of REGIS or AQUAFLOWS products.

1. The Promotion is open from 22nd Jan 2024 to 29th Feb 2024, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).

1. Patrons must spend RM100 or above on REGIS or AQUAFLOWS products to entitle for 1x Angpau. Every additional RM100 will entitle an extra 1x Angpao. The purchase value shall be the one quoted at checkout.
Eg. RM149 = 1x Angpao
RM453 = 4x Angpao

2. Each angpao contains 1x scratch card, scratch to reveal the prize. Numbers are randomized.

3. Patrons are entitled to multiple entries to the Promotion throughout the Promotion Period if the qualification requirement is met.

4. Patrons may place orders on Talentify website, REGIS shopee and lazada or AQUAFLOWS shopee and lazada.

1. Winners are required to post an instagram story tagging @regis.my and @aquaflows.kr to redeem the prize.

2. Winners of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and star prizes are required to redeem by contacting us via WhatsApp before 10th Mar 2024. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize.

3. Winner will need to send us a message with the Instagram Story posting screenshot at +6011 5405 5987 to redeem the gifts. Cash vouchers can only be used from 20th Feb 2024 onwards. Instagram Account must be public.

4. Winner will need to self collect 15x big prize from REGIS office at No 7-2, 2, Rio Office Park, Persiaran Rio Bandar Puteri, 47100 Puchong, Selangor between 10am-6pm working days. Winners will need to bear the delivery cost if their address is outside Klang Valley excluding 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize.

5. Prize collection will begin from 21st Feb 2024 onwards.

6. The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable for cash or any other items. The Organiser reserves the right to award a different prize equivalent to the gift's value.

By entering the giveaway, participants grant REGIS Commerce Sdn Bhd the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Personal information collected during the giveaway will be used only for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.

1. REGIS Commerce Sdn Bhd reserves the right to make changes or amendments to these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. Participants are encouraged to review the terms regularly to stay informed about any modifications.

2. Any modifications to the terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the REGIS Commerce Sdn Bhd website or other official communication channels. It is the responsibility of participants to check for updates.

3. In the event of a material change that significantly impacts the fairness or integrity of the giveaway, REGIS Commerce Sdn Bhd will make reasonable efforts to provide notice to participants. However, the responsibility ultimately lies with participants to stay informed about any changes.

4. REGIS Commerce Sdn Bhd may, at its sole discretion, choose to extend, modify, or terminate the giveaway in response to unforeseen circumstances, force majeure events, or any other factors that may affect the proper conduct of the giveaway.

5. Participants acknowledge and agree that REGIS Commerce Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from any modifications, extensions, or termination of the giveaway.
